2018, and me and my grandson Matthew (who was 10 at the time) fulfilled our ambition to climb Buachaille Etive Mor. Iffy weather, which didn't improve till late in the afternoon, made for a tricky but memorable day on an iconic hill.
We never knew each other before it was too late. He found joy in the outdoors later in his life. I only wish we could have had chance to share it together.
This ones for you dad, Resipol with the whole of the Highlands laid out in front of us.
Met on Ben Chonzie few years back and have since climbed over 80 minors with laughter fun and shenanigans with our biggest achievement was the Innaccessible Pinnacle. Looking forward to more adventures for #adventureharlots
I’ve never had to use you, but knowing you guys are there if needed gives me more confidence to keep on exploring. My pic is of me on top of Schiehallion, my 1st Munro, 3 yrs ago. After being terrified of heights and worry of being middle of nowhere, with support from my friends, I done it, and haven’t stopped. Love it.
